Music Theatre Camp (MTC) & Spotlight was borne from the desire of the Directors of Pelican Productions to foster up and coming talent in the Adelaide performing arts scene.

Music Theatre Camp is an intensive two-week day camp held in the January school holidays each year for performers aged 8 – 19 years with training in singing, dancing and acting. Spotlight is an intensive one-week day camp held in the January school holidays each year for performers aged 8 – 14years with training in singing, dancing and acting

Taking the best of the best from Broadway and the West End, MTC and Spotlight culminate in the presentation of a music theatre performance like no other. Don’t be fooled by the age of the cast, the talent we have in Adelaide is nothing short of incredible – it is a show not to be missed!

MUSIC THEATRE CAMP 2022 (8-19yrs)
January 10th-23rd 2022

Cost – $640 inc GST
Fee structure for 2 or more children – 2 children $620 each inc GST, 3 or more children $600 each inc GST
A staged payment plan will be offered to assist with fee payment.

MTC STRUCTURE
Auditions Sept 19th-26th, 2021
Choose to audition for a solo role or enrol to participate
Orientation Day – Sunday 5th December 2021
Solo Rehearsals (required performers only) – Thur 6 Jan-Sun 9 Jan 2022.
Costume Fitting – Saturday 8 January Junior performers, Sunday 9 Senior performers
Mon 10/1 – Fri 14/1 – Rehearsal days 1-5
Sat 15/1, Sun 16/1 – off
Mon 17/1 – Rehearsal day 6
Tues 18/1 – Fri 21/1 – tech and dress rehearsals

PERFORMANCES
Fri 21st 7.30pm
Sat 22nd 2pm, 7.30pm
Sun 23rd 11am, 3pm, 7.30pm

SPOTLIGHT 2022 (8-14yrs)
January 10th- 16th

Cost – $470.00 inc GST
